Aspen is a full service manufacturing facility. Packaging Design - full service packaging design studio complete with robotic cutting table for custom prototypes. This service is performed today on your project. No waiting for design. Your proto goes out tomorrow Templates - once the package is decided upon, an EPS template will be emailed to you. This Illustrator template can be imported into your drawing program for precise graphic planning. Pre Press - send us your graphics file stripped to our template and a color comp can be provided to help sell the project to your client. If this is a production order you will receive a contract color proof for approval. Press - Offset printing 6 colors in line on our house sheet 17pt Aspen Coat. Laminating - Gloss, matte, polyester or nylon to achieve the right feel and texture for your package. Die Cutting - High speed Bobst or hand fed Thompsons , we have it all including a complete die tool shop for repairs and modifications. Mounting - Pot Devin applicators with a custom built mounting and compression section. Our tolerance puts industry standards to shame. We can duplex a variety of substrates. We routinely mount 8pt Aspen Coat to E flute corrugated for many POP applications. Folding and Gluing - high-speed machine gluing for CD folders and 7 hot melt spray lines for hand finishing applications. Shrink Wrapping - we have automatic and semi automatic lines depending on the quantity of the project. CD / DVD authoring, screen printing and replication of your program. We do VHS conversions to a digital format. Fulfillment and Mailing Services - Aspen has been fulfilling and mailing packages for the past 2 decades.
